Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
Acceptable use
Xrayd tools are intended for lawful inspection of files, URLs, and publicly accessible websites. You may only use these tools on systems, files, and URLs that you have permission to inspect.
You must not use Xrayd to inspect, scrape, or attack systems without authorisation. You must not use Xrayd to identify, collect, or exploit personal data belonging to others.
Accuracy of results
Xrayd provides inspection and analysis tools. Results may be incomplete and should not be treated as definitive security, identity, or forensic conclusions. Technology detection, metadata extraction, and secret scanning are based on pattern matching and heuristics, not definitive analysis.
No warranties
Xrayd is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of results produced by these tools.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xrayd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of these tools.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of Xrayd after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
